Initial deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable as planning and payments continue on your behalf. Transfers MAY be possible. Notify us immediately in writing with your request.

NOTE: You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times, but you must have a roommate’s name to book as all rooms are double occupancy. Rooms will be locked in once both roommates have paid their deposits. If you are coming solo, please let us know and we will try to thoughtfully match you with a roommate. All rooms are double occupancy.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information including a link for your monthly payment plan.
